210 S. Fifth street changed hands five times during the fifteen years prior to its latest purchase date, with two bars and a tech company all going belly-up within the last decade. One of Yellowstone’s longtime clients hired our team to transform the distressed and neglected building into their new office headquarters. Careful attention was paid to every detail and system, from the millwork to the lighting to the custom furniture, which itself was designed and executed by Yellowstone. The main office space occupies half of the ground level and the entire second floor, leaving a highly desirable space with street frontage for a potential tenant, or for future expansion.  The lower level features a full fitness facility, including a shower room that is accessible to all staff.
